The 2001 Proceedings was the last to be published due to the high cost of producing, publishing and mailing such a large document. The Institute will follow each convention with a post convention newsletter. Members listing may be found on the web-site under "Members," which is a members only area. We will be listing our former presidents, life members, minutes of meetings, and other areas originally found in the Proceedings on this web site so that it is always available.
